Missing Receipts from Store Transactions
If you recently conducted a transaction at one of our stores and were not provided
with a receipt, we’d like to know about it. Please e-mail
the following information:
- Your name
- The date and approximate time of your transaction
- A description of your transaction
- The method of payment (do not provide credit or debit card details)
- Your mailing address
- The location where you purchased your currency
We will investigate the transaction and, if necessary, send a replacement receipt
to the mailing address provided.
